Last May, our neighbor above us had a major leak in his hot water tank flooding and destroying most of our condo. After the mitigation was completed, we waited for nearly 2 months for our chosen reconstruction company to put our place back together. However, as nothing was moving, we decided to take matters in our own hands and were referred to Restore and Reform Building Group by a friend.
